What's the difference between you and a traditional agency?

Traditionally web/design agencies would have a large project cost which is billed at the start of the project. This can make it tricky for lots of us to ever have the pleasure of working with an agency... because the cost of getting going is so high! This is where we're different. We're a no code web design agency who offer affordable website projects as a monthly subscription, making it quicker, easier and cheaper to get your website up and running.

How long does a new website take to build?

Depending on which package you choose, you could have your new website up and running within 6 weeks. The larger the project and spec, the longer it'll take. However because we're a no-code agency we pride ourselves in being able to get websites going in a very short space of time. As long as project milestones are met on time you can expect your website on time.

Are your websites SEO friendly?

All our website projects include a very basic level of SEO work as standard. However we also offer an on-page SEO Add On which can be purchased with any website. This includes more detailed SEO work and time spent each month monitoring the progress.

Are your websites just templates?

Nope! The internet is full of template-driven websites, and it's getting a bit boring! We're passionate about design and making sure each web project looks/feels unique. We approach each website with fresh eyes.

Do you build ecommerce websites?

We do. You'll need to sign up for a Premium or Enterprise website package. If you're unsure which package is right for you, check out the pricing page or get in touch!

Who deals with the content?

Ideally you'll write the content as you're the one who knows your business best! We are available to point you in the right direction if needed, and we can also help with writing content if you're buying the content creation add on. When it comes to photographs we're happy to provide decent quality stock images if needed, but would always recommend real photography of you/your business wherever possible. We also offer a photography add on for those who would like us to come and take photos for them.

What is/isn't included?

The short answer is everything is included. That is, everything needed to make your website work effectively. This includes the design, hosting, SSL, backups, security, domain and emails (if needed), website analytics and basic SEO. We offer add ons for those wanting to take their website to the next level, and a few other bits are included if you start with a higher package than the Starter package.

Do you outsource any of the work?

We do pretty much everything in house. We may occasionally draw on the expertise of others in the industry if the project necessitates, but this is fairly rare. If we need to do this we'll always let you know as we believe in full transparency throughout the project.

Where exactly are you located?

Our team is currently based in Market Harborough (in the Midlands, UK), with a couple of team members working remotely from other parts of the country.

What's the catch?

There's no catch! Everything you read on here is 100% true. Feel free to read through some of our client reviews for more reassurance :D 

Can I cancel my subscription?

The short answer is yes. However there's lots of benefits of sticking around... for starters, we provide every client a free website redesign after 2 years (which pretty much lines up with when the website build costs will have been covered by your monthly subscription). You'll also be the first to hear about and take advantage of any new add ons that we develop, along with having us available to contact for support and strategy questions. If you do choose to cancel, we'll pause your services and export your website in it's current state and hand it over to you. You're free to take your website elsewhere at this point.

How does the free redesign work?

We'll get in touch a few months before the renewal date and will arrange a strategy session where we chat about any ideas you might have for your next website design. These may be large updates, or small tweaks. We'll bring our knowledge of current design trends to the table and agree on next steps. All our website projects have a staging site, which is what we'll use to develop the new site. Once we're all happy we'll publish those changes to the live site with no down time.

Am I able to track the project progress?

Absolutely! Each website project comes with its own Project Portal where you can see the progress, provide feedback, check back on important docs, upload content for us and more. It's one the things that our clients love most about working with us!

Do you meet clients in person?

If a client is local then we may choose to meet up for a coffee (on us!) and chat about their project. However as we're an agency that works with clients all over the country/world, many of our interactions happen via video chat. Photography sessions (available as an add on) are done in person, of course.
